Nextend sees the end of your IT and electronic assets’ lives as a new beginning. To make that a reality, extensive experience is relied upon to achieve aftermarket optimization of your items—whether through complete refurbishment or component harvesting.
The Revalue® service provides a complete audit of all assets by load received. Each asset is assigned a unique ID number in order to ensure total control over your asset inventory. The audit identifies the asset, its configuration and designates a grade for the item based on its condition. For assets possessing aftermarket potential, all functional storage media is eradicated of resident data through data overwrite measures. Assets are then repaired and/or upgraded, if necessary and prepared for resale. Utilizing our proprietary Revision system, Nextend identifies the best aftermarket opportunity for the asset and markets it through the appropriate channel to help you secure top dollar for its resale.
For assets deemed to offer limited to no value in the aftermarket, Nextend dismantles the item to harvest valuable components for resale. All remaining materials are then broken down to their material streams for environmentally responsible recycling.
Nextend’s Revalue® service provides detailed reporting to ensure itemization of your audit, certifications for data erasure and responsible, legally compliant disposal.
Revalue® Reporting Package:
- Audit Report – Detailed account of all items received by serial number; parent/child relationships included
- Certificate of Data Destruction – Certification that all storage media has either been eradicated of data (per U.S. Department of Defense Standards) or destroyed
- Certificate of Recycling – Certification that each item deemed for disposal has been recycled per EPA guidelines and applicable laws confirming Nextend’s no landfill policy
- End-of-Month Credit Report – Monthly detailed summary of all sales activity for customer assets, including complete itemization of assets, fees and credits
